From first invite to final sign-off
A client portal, unlimited reviewers
Invite the client’s team with roles such as admin, SME, reviewer and stakeholder. Reviewers never count against your seats, on any plan.
Invites that just work
New client users get an invite link valid for 72 hours to set their own password. If it expires, copy a fresh one.
Review links, no login needed
Share a link that can be password-protected, set to expire, and set to allow or block commenting and downloads. Revoke it any time, or reactivate it later.
Review rounds with a checklist
Group a cycle as “Round 1”, “Round 2” with a due date, a QA checklist and the feedback raised in it. Reusable checklist templates save retyping.
Sign-off on record
Clients approve or request changes in the tool, with an optional comment. The sign-off timeline keeps who did it and when.
Notifications and digests
In-app notifications, plus optional daily or weekly digest emails listing open feedback and, for clients, rounds waiting on their sign-off.
Two kinds of sign-off
A review round has its own approval, for the cycle as a whole. You can also sign off an individual asset to mark its latest version as final.
- Signing off an asset locks it, so no new version can be uploaded.
- It also deletes the stored files of older versions from your storage to free space. The version records stay for audit history.
- The confirmation lists exactly which older versions will be removed before you proceed.
