For corporate L&D and training teams

Review vendor content with every stakeholder in one place

SMEs, compliance and managers rarely share one tool. Give them one link, pin every comment to the slide or frame, and keep a record of who approved what.

The review round today

Five stakeholders, five ways of sending feedback

“see my notes in the attached doc”

Each reviewer replies in their own format, and someone has to merge them before the vendor can act.

“which slide was that?”

Comments describe a place in the course in words, and the vendor has to guess.

“is this the latest version?”

Reviewers open different drafts, so feedback conflicts or is repeated.

“who signed this off?”

Approval is spread across emails, with no single record to point to later.

How approvd.in helps

Built so reviewers never need training

Everyone in, nobody counted

Invite SMEs, compliance reviewers and managers as client reviewers. They are unlimited and free on every plan.

Page-level comments

Review PDF, PowerPoint and Word in the browser, with each comment attached to the page it is about. SCORM review is coming soon.

Review links for one-off reviewers

Share a link with no login, optionally password-protected and with an expiry date.

Rounds and sign-off

Each round has a checklist and a sign-off timeline, so approvals have an owner and a date.

Your organisation’s own storage

A client admin can connect their organisation’s own S3-compatible bucket, so files their team uploads go there.

Digests, not inbox noise

Optional daily or weekly digests list the feedback and rounds waiting on you. Empty digests are skipped.

Straight answers

Do our reviewers need an account?

They can have a free login with a role such as SME, reviewer or stakeholder. For one-off reviewers you can share a review link that needs no login.

Can we keep files in our own cloud account?

Yes. A client admin can connect the organisation’s own S3-compatible bucket, and files their team uploads are stored there.

Does it track learner completions?

No. approvd.in is for reviewing content, not recording scores or completion. That stays with your LMS.

Can I be a reviewer for several vendors?

Yes. One email and password can belong to several workspaces, with a switcher in the header.
