For social, video and advertising teams

Get the cut approved without paying per approver

Timestamped comments and drawing straight on the frame. Invite the brand manager, legal, the media agency and the founder. Reviewers are unlimited and free on every plan.

The review round today

The edit is done in a day. Approval takes three weeks.

a 40-second voice note, 11:40pm

Feedback arrives on WhatsApp, describing a moment in the cut in words, and gets transcribed into a doc the next morning.

“can we add legal to this too?”

Another stakeholder, another seat. So you don’t add them, and they raise their objection after the cut is locked.

Nobody is certain which cut a comment was about. Notes get applied to the wrong version.

“you’re over your storage limit”

Footage fills a hosted plan quickly, then you pay monthly rent on a campaign that ended months ago.

“we signed off on that version”

Approval lives in a chat thread, with no record of who approved which cut, or when.

Seats

You pay for your team. Never for theirs.

Client reviewers never count as seats, on any plan including Free.

A typical campaign approval chain

  • Brand manager₹0
  • Marketing head₹0
  • Legal / compliance₹0
  • Media agency₹0
  • Client’s founder₹0

What five approvers add to your approvd.in bill: ₹0.

How approvd.in helps

One link. Feedback pinned to the frame it’s about.

Comments pinned to the second

Click the timeline, type the note. It anchors to 00:07.4 and takes the editor straight back there.

Draw on the frame

Circle the logo that is 4px off, arrow the safe-area crop, box the typo. The drawing is saved with the comment.

Portrait, square and landscape

The 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 cuts each play at their true shape.

Every cut keeps its own notes

Upload v2 over v1 and the feedback from v1 stays, tagged with its version.

Approval that leaves a record

The client signs off in the tool, with who and when kept.

Your bucket, your footage

Files stream to reviewers from your own storage. We store the comments, not the content.

Straight answers

Do our clients need a paid seat to comment?

No. Client reviewers are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free. You pay only for your own team.

Does it plug into Premiere or After Effects?

Not today. There is no editor panel. You export the cut and upload it, and comments are read in the browser. If a panel inside your editor is essential, approvd.in is not the right tool yet.

Can we review 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 versions of one ad together?

Each plays correctly at its own aspect ratio and you can keep all three in one project. They are separate assets with separate comment threads; there is no side-by-side variant view yet.

We work on unreleased campaigns. Who can see the footage?

Only the people you invite. The files sit in a bucket on your own cloud account under credentials you control and can revoke. We store the comments and generate short-lived signed links so reviewers can play the file from your bucket.

Put your next campaign through it

Access is by invite for now. Tell us about your team and we will email your invite within 2 working days.
