Terms of service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of approvd.in (the “Service”), operated by Learning Owl Pvt Ltd (“Learning Owl”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
2. Access
Access to the Service is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Organisations are responsible for the people they invite.
3. Your content
You keep all rights in the files and comments you upload. Files are stored in the storage account you connect, and you are responsible for that account, its access keys, its settings and its costs. You give us the permission needed to operate the Service, including generating signed links, creating thumbnails and conversions, and storing the review record.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use, attempt to access other organisations’ data, interfere with the Service, or use it to send spam or malware.
5. Plans and fees
The Free plan has no charge. Paid plans are priced in Indian rupees, exclusive of GST at the applicable rate, and the price and billing terms are confirmed to you before you pay. Plan limits (such as team members and active projects) apply as stated on the pricing page or in your invite. Reaching a limit blocks creating new items; it does not delete existing data.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your storage provider or by settings in your storage account.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Your files remain in your own storage account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the location notified by Learning Owl in the final version of these terms.
